These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the My Informer Telegram bot (hereinafter — the "Service"), which provides the ability to monitor public Telegram channels and receive notifications about mentions of keywords defined by the user.
By using the Service, you confirm that you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
My Informer allows users to:
Add public Telegram channels for monitoring;
Add any keywords;
Receive notifications when relevant mentions appear in the selected channels;
Use free or paid tariff plans;
Create and share custom preset settings.
The Service works exclusively with public Telegram channels.
2. Payment and Tariffs
The Service provides:
A free tariff (with basic functionality);
Paid tariffs that unlock additional features (expanded limits, autopresets, faster updates, etc.).
Payment is processed through WayForPay. Upon successful payment, the user automatically receives access to the functions of the selected tariff.
All prices are indicated on the website or within the Telegram bot interface.
3. Service Delivery
Since the Service is a digital product, access is granted instantly after payment. No physical goods are delivered.
4. Refund Policy
The user may request a refund within 14 days after payment if the service was not provided or is non-functional due to the technical fault of the Service.
Refunds are not issued in cases where:
The user changed their mind, but the service is functioning correctly;
The tariff was incorrectly selected;
The user is misusing the service.
The refund is processed using the same method of payment.
5. User Rights and Obligations
The user undertakes to:
Use the Service only by legal means;
Add only public channels;
Not use the Service for spam or illegal activities.
6. Service Responsibility
My Informer is not responsible for:
The content of the Telegram channels being monitored;
Delays or absence of notifications due to technical reasons of Telegram or the user's equipment;
User decisions made based on the received notifications.
